Wowee Zowee 3 Years Batman!

Yeppers, it’s happened.  I was traveling today, so I got up at 2:45 AM in order to make sure I got my run in.  But I did it, 3 years of running. every.  single.  day.

There isn’t much to say that I haven’t already blogged about.  It’s been both hard and easy to accomplish this goal.  I have no reason to stop now, so who knows how long I’ll keep this going.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me get here, and there are a LOT of people who have helped me.

I am not sure if running for a flight counts

Running is running! Well done Kathy! :-)

    Congratulations! Great job!

Running for the flight might not count, but running during the flight does. Run down the aisle at 35k feet with RunKeeper enabled. Would make for some impressive stats. :)

I don’t run, but I do a set of exercises every day that takes about ten minutes. I was bad about doing it daily for two or three weeks, then not touching it again for months. But your post a year ago struck a chord in me. As a result, I’ve now done these exercises everyday for 387 days. Thanks for the inspiration.
