About Me...

I'm Kathy Brown and I've been an application developer in Lotus Notes/Domino since 2005.

Prior to working in IT, I've had numerous careers including an Investment Analyst and even an Actress (long ago and far away).

And I (try to) love running!

Lotus User Group Dev Tips Newsletter

Category LotusUserGroup.org Developers
I am pleased to announce I will be co-authoring the Lotus User Group Developer Tips Newsletter starting with the March issue. Here is a link to the February issue. It's free, so if you aren't already reading, please sign up! I will be taking over for Rob McDonagh, which he announces in this month's issue. I am looking forward to the opportunity to write with Tom Duff, after presenting with him at Lotusphere. (I know, I am a glutton for punishment.)

Please check it out and let me know if there are any topics you would like us to write about!

Gravatar Image1 - Congratulations Kathy! That is great news. I'm sure you'll make a great team.

Gravatar Image2 - Glutton for punishment? Oh, you are SO in for it!

Gravatar Image3 - Congrats! I'm sure you'll do a great job.

Watch out for that Duffbert character, though. What he lacks in height, he makes up for in sneakiness. Emoticon

Gravatar Image4 - Thanks Kitty!

Tom, you don't scare me.

Rob, Thanks! Sorry you've had to step down, but I look forward to the opportunity. And I'll keep my eyes on Tom. Emoticon

Gravatar Image5 - Tough crowd today!

Gravatar Image6 - Congrats Kathy!!!

Gravatar Image7 - Oh my, she has been brought into the dark side. We eagerly anticipate the first issue (which I won't understand but who's counting)

Gravatar Image8 - @David - Thanks

@Chris - Thanks, I think. Emoticon

Gravatar Image9 - Congrats. Good luck and have fun.

Gravatar Image10 - Congratulations !!!

Gravatar Image11 - Congrats Kathy. In the February Clippings issue do you think the Que$t is showing how to integrate Lotus with $harepoint? I think they are showing how to migrate from Notes to $harepoint and marketing their product "Que$t Notes Migrator for $harepoint. The most unfortunate thing is the author of this article is from rival of Lotus

Gravatar Image12 - @JM - I thought that happened in the Dev Newsletter, not Clippings. Was it in both? Since Quest sponsored the issue, they're entitled to (up to three, I believe) articles of their choice. The fact that Gary's identity wasn't fully disclosed was a mistake, and I'm quite sure it will not happen again.

Gravatar Image13 - @Rob It is also in Clippings. { Link }
Gary's identity is at the bottom of the article.
